During the summer of 2024, I interned at Intuit in Mountain View, California. I collaborated with senior and principal designers, product managers, and engineers to conceptualize the future of financial technology.
The marketing site was released during Q1 FY25, however the project has since been depreciated since Q1 FY26.
Overview
Small businesses spend an enormous amount of time applying for loans, insurance policies, and other financial products. Often filling out the same information repeatedly across multiple providers. A single application can take anywhere from one to three hours, creating a significant barrier to accessing capital.
What We Did
The Intuit Business Insights Data Partnership was designed to eliminate that friction. By allowing small businesses to share their QuickBooks Online (QBO) data directly with financial and insurance providers, the application process became as simple as logging in and consenting to a data transfer. Reducing hours of manual entry to minutes.
Note About Work
This project was developed as part of a collaborative environment. My role included contributing to specific aspects highlighted above. The final outcome represents the combined efforts of multiple individuals, each bringing unique skills and expertise to the team.
